If emails are in queue, marked as sent, if you receive notifications - it means that issue is on receiver side. This may be caused by spam filer at recipients email box, maybe your SMTP IP is blacklisted... Check your SMTP by testing on this site: www.mail-tester.com/
I think the problem is not in the spam filter, because all other notifications from the same address are sent correct to the email.
Emails are not even in mail queue. but only the bulk emails sent by the administrator from the event or group.
Maybe I have bad settings?
