I have noticed Search Console is reporting a large number of duplicate title tags / urls.

e.g.
www.domain.com/community/groups/viewdisc...enefits-of?groupid=2
AND
www.domain.com/community/groups/viewdisc...enefits-of?groupid=2

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this?

Hi,

Actually that link is to the same page, but since the discussion title changed so it generated different link, one link from old title discussion and the another one is the newest.
