Feature Requast: Add private chat for group's members

Hi.

I heard new Private Message is incoming in JS 4.4.

I would like to suggest an option that allow group's administrator to eneble "group's chat".
So any member can join it any time he want and leave it (to disable notifocation). Or in another way...

Or may it will be possible to have on site fully public (for all users) chat that anybody can join /leave it? And do not get annoying notification when use doesnt use this chat.
