When somes users go to all my Jomsocial Group pages :
I have a Blank page.
I have sent a Private Support TIcket 1 Week ago and i have no anwser (with all details to log to my site, see attached picture)

Please you check the php.ini on your site, and check "max_execution_time" , make sure you set it fit for jomsocial needs..

I have puted in php.ini :
max_execution_time = 30 (time recommanded by 1and1 for this value)
when i use : phpinfo.php
i have 30 for max_execution_time :

in local value still 0, please you check /administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

This is the infos in Joomla (or Jomsocial).
but when you use the command :
www.arena.cards/phpinfo_test.php
you have : max_execution_time Local Value 30 Master Value 30

Seems you override the php.ini, because on joomla backend the php.ini is from here /homepages/23/d626273472/htdocs/IGNITION-ARENA/administrator/php.ini, please you edit it as well..

When i edit the php.ini of the administrator directory, i have this :

I think that config only effect on master value, and not for local value.. ok for the solution please you remove php.ini inside admin folder, and let use php.ini from PHP folder itself.. let you know once it done..

Simply, please you remove this file htdocs/IGNITION-ARENA/administrator/php.ini and joomla automatically will take the php configuration on php folder itself.
