HI, Ignacio.

Thank you for contacting us.
I'm not sure what are you trying to achive.
You want to add additional group fields when creating a group?
Could you elaborate?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer. If indeed I need to add custom fields for group creation.

HI, Ignacio.

Adding new fields is relatively easy as you just need to edit OOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/groups.forms.php and ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/groups/single.php to call them. But the problem is that you need to store somewhere data grabbed by form... what means that you need rebuild database to store new data... and acquiring new data code need to be added in single.php file. So it will be quite extensive customization.

As much as I'd love to help, your request is beyond what we're able to do for customers. Please, consider to hire a professional developer, you'll find them here: www.upwork.com/hire/jomsocial-freelancers/
