I've had a few people complain that their replies on group discussions are not showing anymore.
When I look in the backend I can see the group reply has been archived.

I do have a cron running, but I don't quite understand the archive settings.

1. How do I keep as many activities as possible and 2. can I turn off archiving for Group discussion replies?

HI, Justin.

Thank you for contacting us.
It seems that your activities are archived.
Please, read this topic as it may contain solution for your issue ;)
If it won't work, please, post here and I'll take a look.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

ok I managed to unarchive all activities:

UPDATE `xxxx_community_activities` SET archived=0 WHERE 1;

But now I only want to remove/archive activities manually

So what settings should I use for:

1. Maximum Days of Unarchived Activities
AND
2. Unarchived Activities Limit

To avoid any activities being archived by the cron?
