Cannot Create New Discussion w/Socialize Template 2.1.1

ISSUE SUMMARY: All of a sudden, I cannot create a new group discussion - just hangs on blank page
I do not have jquery or bootstrap enabled in the community toolbar of the socialize template?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 login to website
2 goto any group
3 create new group discussion

RESULT hangs on blank page with url
EXPECTED RESULT create new group discussion
BROWSER google chrome

I did some digging around and determined that System - EFSEO - Easy Frontend SEO plugin was in some sort of conflict - disabled it and now eveything seems to work fine :)
