My website can be browsed by www.mysite or by http://mysite

Uploading a file in a discussion works if the url is www.mysite/xxxxxxxxx

Uploading a file in a discussion DO NOT work if the url is http://mysite/xxxxxxxxx

what can I do make both work ?

Hi,

please edit joomla configuration.php file and make sure you put empty value for live site variable.
if already empty and the issue still exist, please provide me FTP, and joomla super user login detail
I need it for debugging purpose.

you must click edit button at your first post at this topic, you will find site form. put the credentials at there. because it's private.
