ISSUE SUMMARY:
When making announcements or discussions in groups things like bullets are stripped from the users display. They are however visible when editing or creating the items.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Create a Discussion or Announcement (you may need to create a hidden group for testing)
2 In the announcement add bulleted lists and other formatting.
3 Save
4 View as a registered user would

RESULT: Bullets and other formatted are removed.
EXPECTED RESULT: Formatted list using HTML Bullets and other Markup
