ISSUE SUMMARY:
When trying to create a new discussion in any of the Groups when we click the "Add Discussion" button nothing happens. When we switch to a stock Joomla theme we are then able click the "Add Discussion" button and successfully create the discussion in any group we select.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Select Groups From Main Menu
2 Select ANY Group
3 Create New Discussion
4 Click Add New Discussion

RESULT: No New Discussion Created
EXPECTED RESULT: New Discussion Created
BROWSER: Safari / Firefox / Chrome

Hi,

please check it, I fixed the issue.
to prevent any scripts conflict you need to turn off jQuery and Bootsrap from socialize toolbar module.
