I only want to Add Events efficiently. Delete Avatars?

I am happy if you can help to DELETE all the Avatars but leave the Admin, myself and Rian out. (attached jpg are showing that. We tried deleting manual and its crazy.

I only want a fast loading EVENTS page, as you said our SERVER IS NOT Good.

Can at EVENT that I still ALLOW SENDING MESSAGES OR EMAILS OUT OR NOT.

I do not need to show who is adding events.

my sugestion, please do not do this. avatar code is part of jomsocial code files. and the changes will disappear at upgrade process, and you need to make the changes again.

your site slow becuase there are too many pendding users, 14744 users. please goto joomla users manager and delete all unactivated members.

I am sure your site will speed up after that.
