ISSUE SUMMARY: When a user "likes" a post in the activity stream of a group there is no notification send.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Like a post in the stream in a group

RESULT - no notification is generated
EXPECTED RESULT - the option to enable a notification for this type of like
BROWSER - Safari
