CSV file is not formatted properly

I cannot create groups via importing from csv, even tried with the format i downloaded from the wiki.

Hi,

I confirmed, its a bug. that CSV file containing "unique characters"
jomsocial need to make improvement at import code.

please wait for the fix. I will let you know through this topic.

Hi,

after investigate the code, there is no error with our codes, but rather the issue with the csv. The csv last line is empty. Remove the last line and it will work.

you can edit that csv file by using notepad or other plain text editor
