I added the form fields groups.forms.php
where I find the query to insert the form data into the database?
I need to add 3 fields
how can I do?

You need to write sql query yourself.

- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI.

This is irrelevant as this is core file. If you customize core file - you'll loose your hacks after each upgrade.
So the best way to implement SQL is straight into template file that can be overrided.
groups.forms.php is fine file to add your code. Just remember to create override for it:
