in all member and all group if order by = Featured
display all members or display all groups
in my site no Featured member or group
should display (no Featured member or group) if order by = Featured

i updated to 4.2.1
this bug is fixed.
if in all member and all group if order by = Featured and if no Featured Group or Featured members
display no members or no Groups.
