? - Upload file to a private group by regular member - how to do it?
1. A regular member needs to be a member of that private group.
2. You need to enable group discussion creation as well as file sharing in discussions:

3. Created group needs to have set "Allow to start discussions with an option to upload files":

4. Then discussion needs to be created with settings "Allow group members to upload files":

5. In discussion upload button will appear:
