Could not save cover image in the group

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When I upload a new cover in a group (for example masteriya.com/gruppy/noutbuki-planshety-...-i-igrovye-pristavki ) it is not saved. Please, try to upload a cover into a couple of groups to see that is not done properly.

Hi, Alex.

Please, edit your first post in this thread. While editing scroll a bit down under main text area. There are group of fields that are called "credentials box". The only way to provide sensitive data safely is in those credentials boxes.

NEVER add any credentials in post main text area as they will be visible for the public. Credentials boxes are visible ONLY for us.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Alex,

This issue caused by ARTIO SEF. For fixing this, I suggest you disabled ARTIO SEF and use core Joomla SEF.

Dear Dimas,

I have disabled ARTIO SEF, cleared the cache but the problem is still there. I have tried to upload a cover to a new group masteriya.com/gruppy/hyundai/hyundai but saved image appeared not in the dedicated group but the (last?) one edited by you masteriya.com/gruppy/melkaia-kukhonnaia-...-kukhonnaia-tekhnika Also you could not change existing cover with a new cover in the groups that have cover image already (new image is not uploaded).

We do have other sites with a similar architecture as this one with Artio SEF running and have no issues with group cover images. So maybe Artio Sef is not the cause.

Hi Alex,

I just disabled "System - ARTIO JoomSEF" and works fine now..

I think this issue caused by URL manager from ArtioSEF, some URLs are wrong, you need to delete them all.
