Group cannot be opened

If I try to open Group with ID 64 from the list of all groups in frontend, an error appears.

domain.com/index.php?option=com_community&view=groups&task=viewgroup&groupid=64&Itemid=186

for all other groups, it is working. Can you please help us to find the problem?

Looks like server error.
Please, contact with your hosting provider and ask for server error log for 18-19.12.2015.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I did not find anything in the logs but I detected something.
If you open index.php?option=com_community&view=groups&task=viewmembers&groupid=64&Itemid=186

it is working. All the other tabs are working as well. The only page which is not working is task=viewgroup. Group with id 64 is the only one where this error occurs. Other groups are working fine.

How can we fix this group?

Would you mind provide me FTP and phpmyadmin access, please? this issue can be caused by old bulletin parameter, need inspect this issue further.

I just fix this, this issue caused by the message of bulletin was empty, not sure why, but by default this is forbidden..
