ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have the settings in admin set to NOT require moderator approval. (see attached)

When a user creates a group the admin receives an email saying it needs approval, but there is no link. (see attached)

The group appears to be active anyway (and I can ignore email?) (see attached)

Should this email be sent? Is there any issue? Or do I just ignore the email?

here the fix:
edit /components/com_community/controllers/groups.php
at line 1950, change the code
from

if ($group->approvals == 0) {

if ($config->get('moderategroupcreation')) {
