Unable to modify cover in groups.

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi there, it seems that the ability to change a group cover may not be working as intended.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Click 'cog' icon in group cover area
2 Click Modify Cover
3 A non-working button appears 'Upload Photos'

RESULT
Nothing happens when pressing 'upload photos'
EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing 'upload photos' should allow photos to be uploaded
