ISSUE SUMMARY:
i update to jomla 4.1 and need to create a group otherwise i cannot use te event module, it ask for an group see an other topic in events from an other customer.
But it is not possible to make an groep.
I can put the form, but when i try to add it it does not respond. I think all the buttons are in the right place.

please check it. it works now.
Optimize JS at site frontend template settings must disabled.
