ISSUE SUMMARY: Hello, I really like jom social, it's really cool, great job. My question is,,, when a user clicks on the menu item for groups and a search for groups is the first thing the user sees,,,,is there a way to make a default category for the group search already open. this way when the user clicks on the main menu "GROUPS" button there will be at least 1 category of groups already open on the page. then the user can search for other categories if they want to

By default toolbar menu item leads to USER groups.
But you may edit that menu item and change it to external URL and just paste certain group category URL.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Yes, I did try that, strange actions took place,,,,,
1. I selected the main menu button "GROUPS"
2. the standard group search page showed up ( with no groups showing under the search, just the search area to pick a category)
3. I selected a category
4. groups in that category showed up
5. I then copied the whole URL of that page showing all the groups in that category
6. I then created a new main menu "External URL" button and named it "GROUPS"
7. Pasted the url in the "GROUPS" settings ( the area asking for the link the button should go to)
8. went back to the front end, it worked fine, BUT,,
9. I log out and log back in under another profile, click on the "GROUPS" button, and it says,,,,, invalid token??????
