ISSUE SUMMARY:
When posting an image to the wall on a group, the post "disappaears" as if it never happened.
It is not showing on the group wall, no notification...nothing ... as if it never happened.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Log into our test environment at test.DoMotorsports.com
2 As a member of the HPDE in Corvette, post an image to the group stream
3 Click post and wait for screen to refresh
4 Observe, the post is not listed on the stream
5 On the production site, also no notification is emailed to users.

RESULT
The post "disappears" as if it never happened.

EXPECTED RESULT
The post should be showing on the group and email notification should be emailed.
