announcement email not being sent to everyone in group
ISSUE SUMMARY: I have created a test group, added 4 accounts. only 1 email is being added into the mail queue
i have made sure that everyone has exactly the same params in the db. Same thing is happening when i try and send the group an email.Is it possible there is something wrong in the db causing the sending to stop?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login using admin details
2 look for Keyvision group
3 send announcement or try send group email
4 check mail queue
Seems this is caused by personal privacy configuration, please make sure all users have privacy to get email notification from Edit Privacy->email and notifications
Can you open the IP blocker? I am using indonesian IP, and cant access your site.
