How can I change the default configuration for groups? for example for all groups always users can upload pictures.. (I dont want to enable group by group that option

do you want disabled it by default? currently always enabled by default.

Yes... but if you enter to the website with the user "ana.calle" and password "vihuarar" you will see that the users dont have the option to share in groups like this:
portales.inder.gov.co/intranet/familia-i...ones-de-restaurantes

I attach the image of the configuration for the same database but in localhost... (You cant access the configuration in the server, because I have not enabled the intl module for php)

Hi,

about that group. you must edit that configuration by using admin or group owner user.
by default, all that options always allow to all group members to upload any photos:
