ISSUE SUMMARY:
Backend filesharing option doesnt enable filesharing for announcements

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 I set up a group in the backend and I ticked 'enable file sharing'.
2 Go to front end
3 file sharing is enabled for announcements, but not for discussions.

RESULT. There is only one 'enable file sharing' option if you edit group in backend, and it seems to turn on and off file sharing for announcements

There is no option to enable for discussions in back end

If you edit group setting in front end you can enable filesharing for discussions there

But that feature is the only difference between group settings in the front and back ends?

EXPECTED RESULT. - I would expect to be able to enable or disable filesharing in discussions when I edit the group in the back end (as a separate option to filesharing for announcements, like in the front end)
- also the labelling of the group settings in back end doesnt make it clear that that file sharing option is for announcements only and not for discussions
- also I noticed afterwards that it says 'don't create groups in back end'. Why does it say that, when youu are able to create groups in back end?

ROOT/administrator/components/com_community/controllers/groups.php
ROOT/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.ini

Then upload content of package to main Joomla! folder on your server.
