Anyone can open group albums, even non-group members

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am not sure if this is a bug, an error on my site or an intended way of working.
If you go to a public group in Jomsocial, you can view all of the group content, including photos and albums, without having to join the group.
I would have thought that, even if a group was public, you would still need to join the group to view the content.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Create a public group
2 Create a photo album
3 Login as a new user who is not part of the group
4 Click on the photo albums
5
RESULT
Non group member can view the albums and content

EXPECTED RESULT
Non members should get a denied access message when attempting to open group content

That's why it's called "PUBLIC" group :)
If you want to keep photos away from group non-members - set it as private group.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
