Broken links in Activity Stream

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When posting a link into a group, the link in the activity stream points to "http:// ". The rest of the url is missing.

In the following screenshot, the link marked in green is working, but the link marked in red is broken: www.youscreen.de/sgzevdnk60.jpg

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- Post a link into a group.
- Open Activity Stream.

RESULT
- Link is broken

EXPECTED RESULT
- Link should work
