how do I change the email being sent when a post / event/ activity is made in the group.

I would like to change the email body to say:

hello member, a new event/wall post/ photo album / comment has been posted in the "group name"

you can freely to changing any text by using joomla language overrides. with that, the changes will be stayed at upgrade process so you no need to re-do again and again.
