Hi, Udi.

There is no such an option in menu.
If you created group that allows to upload files - you need to create discussion (and allow to upload files there) or/and announcement.
Files may be uploaded only in Discussions and Announcements.
Once at least one file will be uploaded, new option will appear under group cover called "More".

Also I encourage you to upgrade from JomSocial 3.2.1.6 to JomSocial 4.0.7. It's really worth it - there are a lot of new features!

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Udi.

I created a test group with test discussion: prntscr.com/7jwaoc
ROOT/index.php/rmnu-social/groups/viewdiscussion/14-test-discussion-with-file-share?groupid=8

You need to enable file sharing in group settings: prntscr.com/7jwbfh

Thank you.

It seems to work only from the frontpage.

Any way to migrate group to another or merge groups?

Udi

Hi,

My meaning was that create a new group from the frontpage provides more options in compare to the Admin screen.

Transfering data fro a group to another - is it possible to do it via DB console?
:-)

Thank you - it works.
