Power of group owner

Hello,

any group owners of my site contacted me, because they don't have "power" enough as group owner / Moderator.
They can't delete postings, they can't kick off some users out of a group etc.
I think a group owner should have the full rights over his group!?

Is it possible to give them the rights they should have?

currently you only can hide the stream but for delete can't, this is a bug.. I will report this


- kick user issue
You can use ban or remove functionality on members page, this is the sample screenshoot

Hi, Joerg.

Please, make copy of those files:

ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/activities.php
ROOT/components/com_community/helpers/access/activities.php

Then Upload content of attached file to main Joomla! folder on your server.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
