Some users can not post comment in the discussion

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Some users can not post a comment in the discussion. I delete cache, try with other browsers and the problem is the same. Basically you write in the comment and then the text disappears and nothing happened.

This happened to some users, others don't have a problem. any idea what could be the cause of the problem?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to any discussion
2 post a comment

RESULT
the text disappear and nothing happened
EXPECTED RESULT
you should see the post in the discussion
BROWSER
Safari, Chrome, Firefox, but only with some users

Hi Cristian,

by using test user, I cant replicate this issue:
1. login with user: Franco
2. goto group: Macetas
3. and post comment at discussion
4. refresh the page

result:



I need to replicate this issue to know what causing the problem

could be that the problem is related to the configuration of the PC?. because I try the same user in other machine and work well. If it is what could provoke the conflict?

Hi Cristian,

it can be browser issue. maybe that browser containing some extensions. please try to upgrade the browser and turn off all browser extensions.
