actually no its not.
I was able to create ONE group. But for some reason, the problem has come up again.
Can you please log into the front end of my site and try this?
I dont know what stopped it from working. I havent made any changes to the Jomsocial component. Im busy working on OTHER parts of the site
Each time i click the CREATE button after filling in the group info, nothing happens.
If i click CANCEL, that button works just fine. CREATE- does nothing
does that configuration setting also account for the ADMINISTRATIVE user?
When creating a group i have a problem and it seems to be with a JAVASCRIPT interruption.
I have this problem appearing when i click the little button at the top RIGHT of a group COVER image
its that button that looks like a GEAR if you want to DELETE the group or even just change the COVER image.
I noticed when scrolling over that GEAR from the front end, the url wants to go to a JAVASCRIPT page and open the admin menu for that group.
The same function is taking place (Javascript) when you click the CREATE button
Go back into the site and try hitting that GEAR on a present group. No need to click anything in the menu that appears but youll notice the menu doesnt appear every time. Its like theres a Javascript conflict appearing in the Jomsocial pages.
I CAN get it to work properly but i need to refresh the page either once or twice which means something is loading ahead of something else. A Plugin perhaps that needs to load FIRST?

Michal, two things
1) Please do no use someone elses thread to for your Jomsocial issues. If the discussion continued, id keep checking back thinking there was some resolution to my own issue. Using someone elses thread does NOT help.
2) the issue you are having has nothing to do with Jomsocial. Do a google search and youll see what the 4 causes of this issue can be.
3) Doing an extensive google search will show you what the 5th cause can be and that is "Because your server isnt fully compatable to run Jomsocial or Joomla 3"
Hi, Guys.
