STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Announcement, Group Details and Discussions are in there, but its not possible to change this to swedish. I'll show with a printscreen.

COM_COMMUNITY_DISCUSSIONS
COM_COMMUNITY_ANNOUNCEMENTS

I checked at your site there are not exist yet at Svenska language.
