ISSUE SUMMARY:
If group settings are changed the group cover position will get lost. The group cover has to be set again.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Add a group
2 Upload cover
3 Position cover
4 Change something in group details
5 See group

RESULT
Group cover is set to default

EXPECTED RESULT
Group cover position should not be overwritten

BROWSER
Firefox, Chrome, IE latest versions

By the way: If a super administrator adds a group that one still needs to be activated in backend :(

HI, Guido.

I'm sorry but I can't replicate this on my test site
Please, edit your first post and add SU credentials to your site - I'll need to test it there.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Guido.

Hmm, where did you add them? I still can see - for password and user name.

Just look at the cover before and after saving settings.

Hi, Guido.

Yes, you're right.
Cover is repositioned to top.
It's a valid bug and I'll report it to our developers.

Hi, Guido.

Please, make safe copy of those files:

ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/groups.php
ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/groups.forms.php

Then replace original files with patched ones from package.
