add photo or video buttons not there for registered users

HI, I set up Jomsocial and I thought we were ok but I have some huge bugs.
I have registered users that cant add video or photos to groups.

The buttons plain don't appear. But in a super user and they appear.

I have adding photos and video allowed on all groups also.

Its an amusement park web site so those two items are critical to us doing well.

I also for the life of me cant get the bulk email to work either...

any help would be great.

I just tested it and seems working fine for me.



regarding spam, this is classic issue, we cant do anything to help it.. but please you read this support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858?hl=en&expand=5
