When I try to navigate to the individual Group's page, the template artifacts do not display. So all the links can be seen and they work, but the page layout is all messed up.

This is a common thing we see if some code in the groups list page has been modified or the style sheets have been changed and there is a typo.

I am unable to access your joomla admin to see if files are modified, without access please re run the jomsocial install and see if this fixes the error. if you have modified files then try to roll back your changes

You should have access to admin, I left the access rights in the original request. If you can spot the problem easily, that would help enormously, else I will try and follow up your advice.
