JomSocial Expired

Hello,

In my site I have two groups of users (example: UsersA and UsersB). When I try to go to:

My Friends >
View All
Invite Friends
Request sent.
Pending my approval.

Or to access to:

My Groups >
All Groups
My Groups
My Group Updates
Pending Invitations
Create

With the group UsersA everything works correctly but with group UsersB I obtain: 403 - You are not authorised to view this resource.
I have been looking the Joomla ACL and everything seems to be correctly.

Any ideas?

Hi, Alejandro.

403 indicates server issues.
Please contact with your hosting provider and ask for assistance.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,

When i installed Joomsocial in my server all the requirements were fulfilled. Anyway I talked with mi hosting provider and they told me that I have no problems in the server and still fulfill all requirements . I have updated to Joomla 2.5.24 but the problem persist. Maybe you can provide me further information about the possible hosting problem.

But I don´t understand, if it is a hosting problem, why happens only with some kinds of users?

Thanks and regards,

Alejandro

Hi, Alejandro.

Please, read more about 403 errors:

lmgtfy.com/?q=403+error

We can't really do anything about them as they are handled by server.
