group invitation not working

hi,
when I invite one contact with "select contact" or "write an e-mail" or both of them, I have this error :

"Merci d'entrer un e-mail ou de choisir un de vos contacts dans la liste."

You hold a JomSocial PRO subscription so only ONE domain is supported. Your supported domain is: agpc.net
And I can see that you have JomSocial there... but probably in very old version as site is in Joomla 1.5.

So domain: alchimiklanterns.com is not supported.

Please, upgrade your subscription to JomSocial Developer (5 supported domains) or post in Billing Issues section of this forum with domain change request: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues

But you need to have a valid reason for domain change e.g: typo in domain name, domain is disabled....


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi,
domain change is done.
And I always have the "Please enter an email or select one of your friends from the list." message when I want to invite a friend to a group.

Do you have an idea ?

I'm sorry but I still see agpc.net as only supported domain.
Please, make sure that domain change reason is valid and domain was changed by forum Administrator.

Ok, I talked with support manager and domain change issue is fixed.

What is correct path to your backend? I can't reach it.

I tried:

Your using outdated JomSocial -> 3.2.0.1. Please upgrade to current version -> 3.2.1.1 and check if issue persist.

Ok, it was a chaotic first post, but a successful one.
Now I'm using overriding with my template, Joomla and Jomsocial are up to date and I can invite friends in a group.
