JomSocial Expired

We are having JomSocial as closed extranet. There are only 10-15 users, but few of them are complaining, that JomSocial is not working properly for them.

They are using MacBook Pro and I guess the problem lies in that enviroment. Problem is, that some links aren't working properly. Meaning when you click them nothing happens. And there is just text saying 'javascript'

I am using also Yoothemes Yoo_nano template. Could that cause some troubles?

Also I don't know how to activate file sharing/uploading for registered users? If users access level is Super User, you can upload files to a discussion in group and the uploading button is available.. But if you are registered user, it is not possible/there is no upload-button. I can't see any problems in settings.. any tips?

Hi Rami,

i'm using mac pro. and i found "comment" link at activities not working caused by your template.
to temporary bypass your current template, you can put ?template=0 and the end of the URL
e.g: /index.php/profile?template=0
if bypass your template, the comment link will works.

and about file upload, you must enabling "Allow Member to Upload File" at create/edit discussion form

Regards,
Albert

Aah, okay. Didn't realize, that there was one more file-upload-enable-button existing ;) And good to know the problem with links is caused by the template. Thank you very much!
