Failed to upload File in Discussions

Hi there!
I've got a problem uploading files in groups.
The upload process finished without errors, the files are stored in images/files/bulletin and images/files/discussions on the server. But in the frontend there are no files available, jomsocial said: "Available Files - No files uploaded".

I checked this with several filtetypes, always the same problem.

Any idea what's going wrong?

i apologize for delayed answer because i got weekend 3 days before :)

i tried to login using FTP credentials you gave me but it said login incorrect.. can you check again please ?
i think when you upload file, no path inserted on database, maybe you can provide CPanel access to check you phpmyadmin directly.. if you gave CPanel, ignore the FTP i asked you :)
