After uploading files to discussions, my users are unable to download them if they are using Chrome or Safari. If they use IE, then clicking on the file gets them an empty window but a prompt to save the file. If using Chrome or Safari the get the empty window for a few seconds, but then it goes away without downloading the file or offering any prompts.

Hi Dimas - I've updated JS to 3.2.0.5. When going to download a file from a discussion using Chrome, I now see a message (file is being prepared for download), but 4 times out of 5 the file does not actually download.

I've double checked the support login account credentials and it seems ok.

I get this error : 406 Not Acceptable

I think this issue caused by mod_security from your server, anyway are you using goddady server right? we had similiar issue but in another function.

I already added this to our bug list, but for temporary solution you should disable the mod_security module in your apache moduels

Hi Dimas - I've updated the admin info to include FTP. Rochen does not want to disable mod_security so it is still on while they look into it.

I've re-tested with Chrome and Safari and downloads are still not working with those browsers.
