Hello, is it possible to share videos only within groups so that only members of that group can view the video. I attempted to upload a video through a group and not only is it visible in the general community but it is viewable to the public. I want to only have videos viewable by enrolled group members. Thank you for your help!

I just upgraded to RC 3.2 and now videos appear to be hidden in private groups as desired.

Since I can't use RC3.2 on the live site is there any way to make videos exclusive to groups? I created videos in private groups and they appear publicly. Is there a way to make videos private to a group?

Hi, Joe.

In JomSocial 3.1.1 you can only limit video views to registered community members or friends only.
So you'll wait for stable release of JomSocial 3.2 or ask developer for help: www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
