The backend user was disable (i enable it only when is needed). I enable it now and you can access without problems.

I reply to this topic and I only see the answer when i am reply, I don't know if you can read my post please confirm Dimas. i activate the access to the backend, now you may access without problems using the login credentials from first post.

This issue caused by your "Group File Upload Limit" and I changed the value for it.
