If JomSocial set as the home page of the site modules Active Groups, Latest Groups create links in the form:
www.mysite.com/groups when clicking on a system which requires a login
The correct form of the links should be:
www.mysite.com/jomsocial/groups when clicking on which opens the list of groups
the main problem is that due to the fact that the system requires a log in the search engines can't index content
the second problem is that the guests do not wish to register on the website lose interest and leave now

This simply happes because you have groups link somewhere in the menus that is not JomSocial toolbar and it acts as an "entry page"
