Group-admin can not unpublish group

Hello,

if user creates group, he is set as group-admin by default. He will be able to change all settings and so on. He is also able to delete group, but if he tries to unpublish the group an error appears: "Access denied". Site-Admin can unpublish as usual. Any ideas?
