ISSUE SUMMARY:
1) My client is a golf travel agency who has multitude of clients. He needs to be able to export the list of attendees with some of their profile information in order to prepare for the tour/tournament.

Is there a way to export this list in csv/excel format?

2) Sometimes he gets request to add certain users (already registered) into the event... is there anyway for the admin/manager to do that on the user's behalf? I.e. John(manager) signs up Marh(his wife, also a member) for the same event ?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

2 Several members indicate they are going

1) Can only see who is attending as an icon
2) cannot export any list at all
EXPECTED RESULT
1) Admin should be able to add users to the "attending" list
2) Should be able to export a list of attending users with some profile/custom infomration from the joomla profile

1. I'm sorry but this can't be done. JomSocial provide a basic event management. It seems that you may need something more sophisticated than that. You may consider to use RS!Events and replace JomSocial events feature. RS!Events has a lot more features and has integration with JS. Please, check it ;)

2. No, this also can't be done. Events are managed at frontend and admin can do that only being logged in... can't assign other users this way.

But again, please, check RS!Events... it could be possible there.

Just double checking... the RS!Event has integration with JomSocial right? means the events will show up in the JS Events modules and calendars?

Or do I have to further purchase other modules for this ?

Hi, Ricky.

No, you'll be using RS!Events modules and calendars to display events. You just disable events feature in JomSocial as they will be replaced by 3rd party extension.
