How to see "not going" / "can't go" event non atendees.

ISSUE SUMMARY:
The user wants to see who cant go at his events. I cant find this. Can you please tell me where is this or the link to display it?

Actually you can see the cant go list on event detail, you can see the tab cant go there, and go to all list of cant go members
