Hi,
the issue related with sh404SEF plugin.
you can set jomsocial to stay using joomla router instead of sh404SEF.
please goto sh404SEF configuration at joomla backend > general > by component
and set joomla router to Community.
if you want to using sh404SEF for jomsocial. please asking sh404SEF support for more.
