Events DATE & TIME PICKER NOT SHOWING, EVENTS WONT SAVE

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hey, I upgraded to the latest version of Jomsocial, tried to enter a new event, I could input most of the information but the DATE & TIME picker isn't showing, I have to manually enter the date information. Once done, I scrolled down and tried to save the event but it was "SHADED" out.

This issue caused by this plugin "System - JCH Optimize", disabled it and works fine now..
